BossUp Program Details:
Participation fee of only RM10,000
12-month Trainee Outlet Manager. The main job is to manage outlet ops, sales and marketing, and to upkeep outlet performance Contract with a monthly salary of RM2,200.
Upon completion of the tenure period, the contract as an outlet manager will be renewed, increment subject to performance. The new job scope is to train another assistant outlet manager for a new location(s).
Upon achieving KPI, shares will be provided. Replicating the above model, a promotion to area manager will be offered if 5 more outlet managers can be trained and groomed, and 5% per outlet shares will be offered.
Upon achieving 10 outlet managers, a promotion to senior area manager will be offered. Opportunity to promote to area director upon achieving 20 outlets; shares will increase year on year.
Profit sharing for the sales of all distributions.
Other perks include free supplies of farm produce, electric vehicles and accessories, skincare, wellness products, electronics etc, which are also distributed by the company.
